AI resume builder
Paste a resume. Get a tighter version, a score, and a PDF. Employers are not invented.
What this tool does
The resume builder rewrites text you paste. It does not start from a blank career. When a Gemini key is configured, the model drafts from your text and the page still says the result needs a person to review it. When no key is set, or the daily cap is reached, the rules engine answers and says so. The rules look for an email, a Skills line, and an experience section. If the text is under 280 characters, the note says to add outcomes in your own words. If the first line is longer than 80 characters, it asks for a short title. The rewritten draft keeps a heading, a short summary from your lines, the skills it could detect in your text, and the rest of what you pasted. It will not insert an employer you did not write.
How to use it
Paste the resume, including the lines you are unsure about. Read the score as a checklist score, not a ranking. The rules score starts at 40 and adds 15 for an email, 15 for a skills mention, 15 for experience or intern wording, and 15 if the text is at least 280 characters, capped at 100. Fix the notes, then run it again. Download or copy only after you have checked every line. A model draft can sound smoother and still be wrong. You are the author.
Worked example
Paste three lines: “Asha Sen. Reconciled the April bank book. Tools: Tally, Excel.” The rules draft will not add a company, a city, or a salary. It will note the missing email and the short length, and it will list skills it can see, such as Tally and Excel. Add the email and the employer yourself if you want them on the page. The tool's refusal to invent that employer is the point. The jobs link on this page opens the published job list, with no keyword forced. An empty list means nothing published matched. It is not a comment on the wider market. A signed-in candidate can save the attempt on their profile. Saving is not an application, and it does not show the attempt to an employer. Employers see people who apply to their own jobs.
Questions
- Does it invent jobs I did not list?
- The rules engine does not. A model draft must still be checked, because the page tells you to review it.
- What does the score mean?
- On the rules path it is a checklist: contact, skills, experience wording, and length. It is not a chance of being hired.
- Does it work without an AI key?
- Yes. The rules engine still returns a draft and says that it did.
- Can I save the draft?
- A signed-in candidate can keep the attempt. That does not submit an application.
