Is the match score a hiring decision?
No. Suggestions explain skill, experience, location, and salary overlap. A person moves every application.
Will I get email if SMTP is not set up?
No. The message is stored in your notification centre and the delivery is marked skipped, with the reason.
Who can see my resume?
Only you, and people whose role is allowed to open your profile. Employers see it after you apply to their job. Private profiles stay hidden from general recruiter search.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Candidates can delete the account from settings. The profile and resume files are removed. Applications are anonymised so the employer still has a process record.
